Oak View Group (OVG) has recently unveiled the official food, beverages, and services partners for their newly renovated CFG Arena in Baltimore. OVG Hospitality’s lineup of national and local vendors includes Shaq’s Big Chicken, Jimmy’s Famous Seafood, Koko’s Bavarian, Charm City Classics, Grill Masters Express Market, and The Pizza Bar.
Additionally, OVG is working with PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), TURN Systems for reusable cups, CHEQ for mobile ordering and delivery, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as their official health plan partner.
CFG Arena and Its First Mobile Order System
This marks the first time an OVG-owned-and-operated arena has implemented a mobile order system. It allows guests to purchase food, drinks, merchandise, and more from the comfort of their seats via their own devices. It simply makes things easier both for the visitors of CFG Arena, the vendors, and the organizers. Also, the experience also attracts more people to come to the venue. Certainly, it supports the vendors and small entrepreneurs in the state.
For those in premium seating areas, they deliver your orders straight to their seats. We’re excited to see all the ways this new technology will enhance the experience at OVG’s CFG Arena! Plus, if you’re in the area, give CGF Arena a visit or stay tuned to their upcoming events.
DO’H! – A Final Thought
As a dad, it’s great to see OVG taking steps to modernize the experience at their arenas. It is possible by newer technology and partnerships. With mobile ordering capabilities, my family won’t have to wait in long lines during halftime or between periods anymore. We’ll surely stay in our seats and get food delivered right away. This is definitely going to make attending games more convenient for us! What other technological advancements do you think will come out of OVG as they continue to innovate?
